七、通塞者，若狂、若病、若暫忘、若得位，理應不犯，反上犯之。

Seventh, regarding exceptions and restrictions: if insane, if sick, if temporarily forgetting, or if having attained the stages, in principle there should be no offense; contrary to the above, an offense is incurred.
