五、闕緣者，闕初二緣不犯，闕後二緣得方便，或但行立，皆亦同犯。

Fifth, lacking conditions: If one lacks the first two conditions, there is no offense; if one lacks the latter two conditions, one incurs a preparatory offense. Alternatively, merely walking or standing [in a disordered way] also constitutes the same offense.
