四、具緣者，五緣：一、自解經律，二、彼無遮難，三、彼來求戒，四、此以惡心，五、不受，便犯也。

Fourth, having the conditions: Five conditions: first, oneself understanding the sūtras and vinaya; second, the other person being free of obstacles; third, the other coming to seek the precepts; fourth, having an evil mind oneself; fifth, not accepting [and transmitting], one then commits the offense.
