七、通塞者，若學猶未成，他來逼請，不為利等，授應不犯。反上皆結。

Seventh, on permissible and impermissible cases: if one's studies are not yet completed, but another comes and presses their request, and it is not for profit and the like, conferring [the precepts] should not incur an offense. The reverse of the above is in all cases an adjudicated [offense].
