七、通塞者，若病、若無力、若未解、若彼難化，並理應無犯，反上皆犯。

Seventh, exemptions and infractions: if one is ill, if one lacks strength, if one has not yet understood, or if the other party is difficult to transform, in all these cases logically there should be no offense. The opposite of these are all offenses.
