四、具緣者，四緣：一、對他人，二、住非儀，三、不起悲，四、發言說，故成犯也。

Fourth, the requisite conditions: four conditions: 1. facing another person, 2. remaining in an improper manner, 3. not giving rise to compassion, 4. uttering speech—hence an offense is constituted.
