四、具緣者，亦四緣：一、信心受戒，二、恃自高威，三、非法立制，四、損壞佛法，故成犯也。

Fourth, the requisite conditions: there are also four conditions: 1. having received the precepts with faithful mind, 2. relying on one's own high authority, 3. illegitimately establishing regulations, 4. damaging the Buddha-Dharma; hence an offense is constituted.
