二、次第者，前背勝田今習劣伎，又前為失善今此增惡，故次制也。

Second, the sequence: Previously, one turned away from the superior field; here, one practices inferior arts. Furthermore, previously it was losing good; here, it is increasing evil; hence it is instituted next.
