四、具緣者，亦四緣成犯：一、起惡心，二、為利養，三、習惡術，四、現行用，故犯也。

Fourth, fulfilling the conditions: Four conditions also constitute an offense: 1. giving rise to an evil mind; 2. for the sake of gain; 3. learning evil arts; 4. actively practicing and using them—hence an offense is committed.
