四、具緣者，亦四緣成犯：一、是所尊，二、實在厄，三、親見知，四、捨不救，故成犯也。

Fourth, possessing the conditions: four conditions also constitute an offense: 1. it is a venerable object; 2. they are genuinely in distress; 3. one personally sees and knows it; 4. one abandons them and does not rescue them. Thus an offense is constituted.
