Seventh, exemptions and inclusions: if one is mad, or if it is to protect the Dharma, or if it is to tame sentient beings to cause them to leave evil and abide in good, in principle there is no offense. The opposite of the above is all adjudicated [as an offense], all of which can be understood accordingly.
