1.73

汝等一切諸菩薩，今學、當學、已學，如是十戒應當學，敬心奉持。八萬威儀品當廣明。佛告諸菩薩言：「已說十波羅提木叉竟。四十八輕今當說。」

"All you bodhisattvas who are currently studying, will study, and have studied, should study these ten precepts and uphold them with a reverent mind. They will be explained in detail in the Chapter on the Eighty Thousand Deportments." The Buddha addressed all the bodhisattvas, saying: "The explanation of the ten prātimokṣas is concluded. The forty-eight minor [precepts] shall now be spoken."
