If a disciple of the Buddha, with an evil mind, without cause slanders another free person, virtuous person, Dharma master, preceptor monk, king, or noble person, saying that they have committed the seven ānantarya sins or the ten parājika offenses; and toward parents, siblings, and the six relations, among whom they should give rise to a filial mind and a compassionate mind, instead adds further rebellious harm to them, causing them to fall into undesirable places, they commit a duṣkṛta offense.
