述曰：第二、利他也。菩薩念言：於是緣生行相，以中道智，我久已離有無著故，無自體性。知所證已，亦為利他。入總持辯，事佛受法，現身六道，隨應說法。「現劫化」者，如《維摩經》一日舒為七大劫等，展轉化故，言「轉化百千劫」。「國土不同身心別化」者，隨其國欲，三業別化。

The commentary states: Second is benefiting others. The bodhisattva reflects: 'Regarding these modes of practice of conditioned arising, by means of the middle-way wisdom, I have long since been free from attachment to existence and nonexistence, and therefore they lack intrinsic nature.' Having understood what is realized, he also acts to benefit others: entering the eloquence of dhāraṇī, he serves the Buddhas and receives the Dharma, manifests bodies in the six destinies, and expounds the Dharma in accord with what is appropriate. "Manifesting transformations for kalpas": as in the Vimalakīrtinirdeśa-sūtra, where a single day is extended into seven great kalpas and so forth, because they are transformed successively, it says "successively transforming for hundreds of thousands of kalpas." "Lands being different, body and mind are distinctly transformed": according to the desires of those lands, the three karmic actions are distinctly transformed.
