述曰：第二化相中，先觀平等慈悲門，次量自力能，後現變化。力能之中「一切功德」者，福品也。「一切神光」者，智品也。「一切佛所行法」等者，證果法門及勝進法門中已入解也。

The commentary says: In the second, the mark of transformation, first he contemplates the gate of equal loving-kindness and compassion; next he measures his own capacity; finally he manifests transformations. Within capacity: 'all merits' refers to the class of blessings; 'all divine radiances' refers to the class of wisdom; 'the dharmas practiced by all Buddhas' and so forth means that he has already entered into understanding in the Dharma-gates of realized fruits and the Dharma-gates of superior progression.
