述曰：第三、通行。謂神通智遍知諸事入無量土，神通照境如眼見色，餘真實智達事達理，行解深細如意識了。「轉法度與一切眾生」者，以己之解授與眾生也。菩薩法身示現諸化與果相似，言入佛果是諸佛數，況是九地十地數也。「平等門」者，陀羅尼門等所行真如門中而大自在，一念一時而修行也。

The commentary says: Third, the practice of supernormal powers. That is, the wisdom of supernormal powers universally knows all matters and enters immeasurable lands; supernormal powers illuminate objects like the eye seeing form, while other true wisdoms penetrate phenomena and principle, their practice and understanding being profound and subtle like the mental consciousness cognizing. 'Turning the Dharma and delivering it to all sentient beings' means transmitting his own understanding to sentient beings. The bodhisattva's dharmakāya manifests transformations resembling the fruit; speaking of entering the Buddha fruit, he is counted among the Buddhas, let alone counted among the ninth and tenth bhūmis. 'Equal gate' means having great sovereignty within the gate of true suchness practiced through dhāraṇī gates and so forth, cultivating and practicing in a single thought at one time.
