述曰：第二、行勝利。十地菩薩坐蓮華上，蒙法身佛授記摩頂，及蒙同見同學讚歎。言「法身」者，如隔輕縠見報身故。內德已滿，更得一切佛菩薩請轉法輪饒益世間。所轉法輪名「虛空藏」，周遍容受化導門故。

The commentary says: Second, the supreme benefits of practice. The bodhisattva of the tenth ground sits upon a lotus blossom, receiving the prediction and crowning by the dharmakāya Buddha, and receiving praise from those of the same view and the same learning. As for the term 'dharmakāya,' it is because one sees the reward body as if through thin silk. The internal virtues being already fulfilled, one further receives requests from all Buddhas and bodhisattvas to turn the wheel of the Dharma to benefit the world. The wheel of the Dharma that is turned is named 'Treasure of Empty Space' (Ākāśagarbha), because it is an approach to transformation and guidance that pervasively accommodates everything.
