1.60

述曰：第八、同事心中，「以道性智同空無生法」者，舉章門也。謂此位智，稱空理也。次明行相生無二者，生空真如也。智行相應，言同於彼。又法空行，同最本原法空如相。世間諸法，以恒轉故，言「常生常住常滅」。於此流轉，隨入事同。雖了法空同而無生，及自他我同而無物，猶為益物，入同事三昧。

The commentary states: In the eighth [mind], the mind of common purpose, "using the wisdom of the nature of the path to be identical with the unproduced dharma of emptiness" introduces the chapter heading. This means that the wisdom of this rank accords with the principle of emptiness. Next, to clarify the characteristics of practice, "arising without duality" refers to the suchness of the emptiness of living beings. Wisdom and practice correspond, hence it is said to be identical with that. Furthermore, the practice of the emptiness of phenomena is identical with the characteristic of suchness of the emptiness of phenomena at the ultimate origin. Mundane phenomena, because they are constantly turning, are said to "constantly arise, constantly abide, and constantly cease." Amid this transmigration, one adapts and enters into identity in activities. Although one realizes identity in the emptiness of phenomena without production, and identity in self and other without any entity, still, for the sake of benefiting beings, one enters the samādhi of common purpose.
