述曰：第二地中有三：章門故，地行故，指廣故。此初舉章。言「善慧」者，離犯戒惡故。

The commentary says: In the second bhūmi there are three parts: the chapter section, the practices of the stage, and pointing to the extensive treatment. Here first is the introduction of the section. "Good wisdom" means being free from the evil of transgressing the precepts.
