The Commentary says: The fourth adduces that the faculties and capacities of the pure and defiled lands are simultaneously mature, at once transforming again and gathering the branches back to the root. As the earlier fascicle says: 'The Buddhas upon the thousand flowers are my emanations. The thousand hundred koṭis of Śākyamunis are the emanations of the thousand Śākyamunis.'
