次下第二破尋名執，佛說不住法想，以有法想可住故，後安立法想為第一義。破言即非法想，即非法想是不共義；是名法想，是相應義，皆准前釋。

Next below, second, refuting the grasping that pursues names: the Buddha said not abiding in the notion of dharmas because there is a notion of dharmas in which one could abide; later the notion of dharmas was established as the ultimate truth. The refutation says that it is precisely no notion of dharmas: precisely no notion of dharmas is the unshared meaning; being called a notion of dharmas is the concordant meaning—both are explained in accordance with the preceding.
