九名能生一切諸佛者，如〈法師品〉云「聞此經一句，皆與授記作佛」也。

"Ninth, it is called That which Can Give Birth to All Buddhas": as the "Chapter on the Dharma Master" says, "If they hear even a single verse of this sūtra, they are all granted a prediction of attaining Buddhahood."
