十一名一切諸佛所轉妙法輪者，〈藥王品〉云「能破一切不善之闇」，亦如下論破決定等三義，餘五種驚怖、斷四種著，乃至破十種人病也。

"Eleventh, it is called the Wondrous Wheel of the Dharma Turned by All Buddhas": the "Chapter on the Medicine King" says, "It can shatter all the darkness of unwholesomeness." It is also like the refutation below in the treatise of the three meanings such as determinacy, the remaining five kinds of fear, the severing of the four kinds of attachment, down to shattering the ten kinds of human afflictions.
