十三名一切諸佛大巧方便經者，依此法門成大菩提已，為眾生說天人聲聞、辟支佛等諸善法故。
"Thirteenth, it is called the Sūtra of Great Skillful Means of All Buddhas, because having attained great bodhi in reliance on this Dharma gateway, one explains for sentient beings all wholesome dharmas such as those of devas, humans, śrāvakas, and pratyekabuddhas."
