種種佛土者，則釋一萬八千佛土也。示現彼國土中種種差別應知者，此有二意：一者示萬八千土種種差別、二者示現萬八千土中十事差別，如前所釋。

"Manifold Buddha lands" explains the eighteen thousand Buddha lands. "Should be understood as manifesting the manifold distinctions within those lands" has two meanings: first, manifesting the manifold distinctions among the eighteen thousand lands; second, manifesting the distinctions of the ten matters within the eighteen thousand lands, as explained previously.
