如來為上首者，諸菩薩等依如來住故，以彼如來於彼國土諸大眾中得自在故。
"Regarding the Tathāgata being the leader, it is because the bodhisattvas and others dwell relying upon the Tathāgata, and because that Tathāgata has attained mastery among the great assemblies in that land."
