從妙光聞《法華經》為眾說，此稱為果相。問：此因果相釋何處經文？答：從初語彌勒竟，惟忖之言也。

From [the time of] Varaprabha hearing the Lotus Sūtra and preaching it for the assembly, this is called the mark of the fruit. Question: What passage of the sūtra do these marks of cause and fruit explain? Answer: From first speaking to Maitreya down to the words expressing his reflection.
