此十五句攝取十種功德應知者，明用十五句攝取十種功德也。示現可說果、不可說果故者，一解云：有為果可說、無為果不可說。若依之釋者，作十功德名者名為可說，不作十功德名者不可說也。

'It should be known that these fifteen phrases subsume ten kinds of virtues' clarifies using the fifteen phrases to subsume ten kinds of virtues. As for 'because they manifest expressible fruits and inexpressible fruits', one explanation says: conditioned fruits are expressible, and unconditioned fruits are inexpressible. If one explains it according to this, those that form the designations of the ten virtues are called expressible, and those that do not form the designations of the ten virtues are inexpressible.
