言復有者，上明八相方便義猶未盡，今欲廣釋，故言復有義。種種方便者，標種種也。「示現」已下，釋種種也。可有三段種種：一者示現邪法種種過失，如九十六種。二示現佛正法種種功德，略說五乘、廣有八萬法藏。三者邪為一種、正為一種，故云種種。

Regarding "there is another [meaning]": because the previous clarification of the skillful means of the eight aspects was not yet exhaustive, and he now wishes to explain broadly, he says "there is another meaning". "Various skillful means" introduces "various". From "manifesting" onward, it explains "various". There can be three sections of "various": first, manifesting the various faults of false teachings, such as the ninety-six varieties; second, manifesting the various merits of the Buddha's correct Dharma—briefly stated as the five vehicles, and broadly having eighty thousand treasuries of Dharma; third, the false constitutes one kind and the correct constitutes one kind, hence it says "various".
