自身成就不可思議境界，謂絕二乘菩薩境界也。與聲聞菩薩等故者，上明異大小二人，今明同大小二人。

"In his own person he accomplishes an inconceivable sphere" refers to a sphere transcending the two vehicles and bodhisattvas. "Yet he equates himself with śrāvakas, bodhisattvas, and so forth": above clarified his difference from the two kinds of persons—the small and the great; here it clarifies his being identical with the two kinds of persons—the small and the great.
