第二令不散亂住故者，以外具五種音聲，聽佛音聲美妙，心不散亂也。
"Second, because of causing them to dwell without distraction": because outwardly possessed of the five kinds of sounds, upon hearing the Buddha's wondrous and melodious voice, their minds are not distracted.
