「與此二種法」已下，第二釋化他章門。就文為四：一總標二法、二別明二法、三明二法相貌、四明二法次第。與二種法令彼成就者，第一文。

From "bestowing these two kinds of dharmas" downward is the second part, explaining the section heading of transforming others. The text has four parts: first, generally indicating the two dharmas; second, individually clarifying the two dharmas; third, clarifying the characteristics of the two dharmas; fourth, clarifying the sequence of the two dharmas. "Bestowing two kinds of dharmas to cause them to accomplish" is the first text.
