何等為二？一與證法、二與說法。一與證法令成就者，謂依證法而授與故；二與說法令成就者，謂依說法而說與故。

"What are the two? First, bestowing the dharma of realization; second, bestowing the dharma of exposition. 'First, bestowing the dharma of realization to cause them to accomplish' means imparting it in reliance on the dharma of realization; 'second, bestowing the dharma of exposition to cause them to accomplish' means expounding and bestowing it in reliance on the dharma of exposition."
