「自此已下」，〈方便品〉中第四明如來四義。即是釋第一止請已去，竟十方世界尚無二乘何況有三也。就文為二：一者總標四事勸知、第二別釋四事。初又三句：一總標。

From 'from this point downward' on: the fourth in the Skillful Means Chapter explains the four meanings of the Tathāgata. That is, it explains from the first stopping of the entreaty onward up to 'in the worlds of the ten directions there is not even a second vehicle, how much less a third'. In the text there are two parts: first, generally marking the four matters to exhort knowledge of them; second, specifically explaining the four matters.
