言二門者，一執小謗大者，不言大乘全無，只噵大乘是菩薩境界，非我二乘所學道。言謗無大乘下，第二謗大。

Regarding the 'two headings': first, 'clinging to the small and slandering the great' does not say that the Mahāyāna does not exist at all, but merely says that the Mahāyāna is the sphere of bodhisattvas, not the path to be practiced by us of the two vehicles. From 'and slander by claiming there is no Mahāyāna' downward is second, slandering the great.
