前釋取小。是故阿羅漢不入涅槃者，此釋謗大，以大乘不說阿羅漢入於涅槃。
The former explains grasping the small. 'Therefore arhats do not enter nirvāṇa' explains slandering the great, because the Mahāyāna does not say that arhats enter nirvāṇa.
