從「一者」已下，別釋三義，即成三別。「一者欲令彼諸大眾推覓甚深妙境界故」者，令大眾思量。

From "first" onward, it separately explains the three meanings, forming three distinct parts. "First, because he wished to cause that great assembly to search out the extremely profound and marvelous realm" means causing the great assembly to contemplate.
