第三請者，示現今現在佛教化眾生，如經「今此會中如我等比，乃至長夜安穩多所饒益」故。

"The third entreaty shows that the present Buddha teaches and transforms sentient beings, as the sūtra states: 'Now in this assembly, those of our sort [...] up to: will enjoy long-lasting peace and security and abundant benefits.'"
