以一切聲聞、辟支佛等不能知彼真實處故。此言不知真實處者，不知究竟唯一佛乘故。
"Because all the śrāvakas, pratyekabuddhas, and so forth are unable to know that real locus. That it says 'they do not know the real locus' means they do not know the ultimate, single Buddha vehicle."
