「舍利弗唯佛能說」下，第七明隨順眾生意，為說修行法成就。就文又四：一總明如來說一切法。

From "Śāriputra, only a buddha is able to expound..." below, the seventh clarifies the accomplishment of expounding the dharmas of practice in accordance with the minds of sentient beings. Within the text there are further four parts: first, generally clarifying that the Tathāgata expounds all dharmas.
