所言依法者，依三世佛法而說法，故言依法。亦是法如是故，所以言依法也。問：依法之言以何文證？答：前文云「舍利弗！一切十方諸佛法亦如是。」論主用此文證。

That which is called "relying on the Dharma" means expounding the Dharma relying upon the Dharma of the Buddhas of the three periods; hence it says "relying on the Dharma." It is also because the Dharma is thus, which is why it says "relying on the Dharma." Question: What text proves the words "relying on the Dharma"? Answer: The preceding text says: "Śāriputra! The Dharma of all the Buddhas of the ten directions is also thus." The treatise master uses this text as proof.
