如依牛故得有乳、酪、生酥、熟酥乃至醍醐。此五味中，醍醐為第一。
"Just as relying on a cow one is able to have milk, curd, raw ghee, cooked ghee, and up to the clarified butter (sarpirmaṇḍa). Among these five flavors, clarified butter is foremost."
