「何時說者」已下，第三釋斷四疑，即成四別。一一中為二：一者牒疑、第二引經釋初疑。

From "At what time is it expounded?" onwards is the third, explaining the severing of the four doubts, which forms four distinct sections. In each one there are two parts: first, citing the doubt; second, quoting the sūtra to explain the first doubt.
