第三人者，令知種種乘異，諸佛如來平等說法，隨諸眾生善根種子而生牙故。
"As for the third person, it is to cause them to know the differences among the various vehicles, while all Buddhas and Tathāgatas teach the Dharma with impartiality, sprouting shoots in accordance with the wholesome root seeds of sentient beings."
