菩薩授記者，如〈不輕菩薩品〉示現應知。「禮拜讚歎作如是言：我不輕汝，汝等皆當作佛」者，示諸眾生皆有佛性故。

"As for the bodhisattva conferring vyākaraṇa, it should be understood as manifested in the 'Chapter on the Bodhisattva Sadāparibhūta': 'Bowing in reverence and praising them, he spoke these words: "I do not hold you in contempt; you shall all become buddhas"'—this was to manifest that all sentient beings possess the buddha-nature."
