「無上義者」，第二別釋十種無上。就文又二：初總標十、第二別釋十。總標中，初一句牒無上義。

As for "the peerless meaning," the second [section] specifically explains the ten kinds of peerlessness. In the text there are also two [parts]: first, a general statement of the ten; second, a specific explanation of the ten. Within the general statement, the first phrase restates the peerless meaning.
