言「三界相者」，第三釋經。凡釋五句經文，即成五段。一一中有二：初牒經、次釋。

Regarding "the characteristics of the triple world," this is the third part: explaining the sūtra. It explains five phrases of the sūtra text, which constitute five sections. Each section has two parts: first, citing the sūtra phrase; next, explaining it.
