十者示現勝妙力無上故，言勝妙力無上者，共歎法華有勝妙巧用，故名之力也。

Tenth, because it manifests the unsurpassedness of supremely wonderful power. Speaking of the unsurpassedness of supremely wonderful power: together they praise the *Lotus Sūtra* as having supremely wonderful and skillful function; hence it is named 'power'.
