從「法力者」已下，別釋三力，即成三別。一一中有二：一標章、二解釋。「法力者」，標章也。

From "The power of dharma" downward: individually explaining the three powers, which forms three distinct sections. In each one there are two: first, marking the heading; second, explaining. "The power of dharma" marks the heading.
