「其心決定知水必近」者，受持此經得佛性水，成阿耨多羅三藐三菩提故。
[The treatise states:] "'Whose mind is determined, knowing that water must be near': because by accepting and upholding this sūtra, one attains the water of Buddha-nature and achieves anuttarā samyaksaṃbodhi."
